Colleagues, Greetings
I hope all is well with you and your family. I pray that all the 2022 Convention participants have arrived in the comfort of their homes safely.
I want to thank you dearly for your efforts and participation at the 2022 Annual National Convention, which was held in the beautiful City of East Lansdowne, Pennsylvania, from August 12 – 14, 2022. Your participation, togetherness, and love were clearly visible and physical. You all were amazing.
In addition, I want to thank our dynamite Guest Speaker, the Honorable Majovie Joe Bland, for his support and kindness. To our almost surprise, Mayor Bland gave us 50 backpacks for the students of our Alma Mater. It is excellent to know that the world is full of such generous people like Honorable Bland. We are very grateful.
Further, I thank the Honorable Nee Allison, President of NAMCAL, for her support and leadership. President Allison issued a Proclamation for CPHSAA-USA on behalf of the leadership of NAMCAL. We want to thank her for the time she gave, the hearts she warmed, and the smiles she made. We are appreciative.
Special thanks and appreciation to Rev. Dr. Moses, Mother Helena Dennis, and Faith Immanuel Lutheran Church members for their support and cooperation and for allowing us to use their church facility for the 2022 Annual National Convention of CPHSAA-USA, INC. Just saying thank you doesn’t seem enough. May God richly bless them.
Moreover, I want to thank the 2022 Convention Planning Committee for their tireless efforts in planning, organizing, and successfully implementing the ANC. With their efforts, we raised $7,525 ($4,900 - Dues & Registration; $2,625 - Donations, Auction Sales, Men Vs Women Rally). Men won. We also received a pledge of $1,000 from Mrs. Sylvia Nyema, the wife of Rev. E. Cholo Nyema. This amount was specifically earmarked for uniforms for the students. Also, some Convention ticket funds are still outstanding and will be coming in following the convention.
Finally, thanks to the Elections Committee for a job well done. The election process was fair and transparent. Thanks to the elected officers for accepting to serve CPHSAA-USA. Those elected were:

Jannie Bright - Treasurer
Elfreida Gueh - Financial Secretary

Pamela Thomas - Parliamentarian
A final and detailed Convention Planning Report will be submitted to the General Membership soon. The 2023 Convention will be held in the City of Columbus, State of Maryland. The
President will announce the Chair of the 2023 Convention Planning Committee following the
advice and approval of the Executive Committee. Further, the President will appoint new chairs to head the various committees.
